Principal Actuary:
Malcolm Meyer
​
Malcolm is a qualified actuary with over 17 years of post qualification broad-based experience in the UK life insurance industry. Prior to moving to industry, he was a lecturer in actuarial science for over four years, gaining technical insight into the core technical subjects, as well as applying his engaging presentation skills.
​
Malcolm graduated from Stellenbosch University in South Africa with a B.Comm and B.Comm honours in Actuarial Science. Malcolm qualified as a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries in 2007.
​
In particular he enjoys the challenge of working as a project actuary with experience gained working on a variety of different projects at a number of clients ranging from insurance companies to banks.
​
He always brings his attention to detail, technical skills and enthusiasm to his actuarial work.
​
Outside of work, he is a superhero dad to his two children.

We are a small and dynamic company based in Newbury, West Berkshire, providing actuarial consulting services to a range of clients. We develop innovative solutions for clients and whilst efficient, always pay attention to detail, hence our name, "Exact Innovations".

Led a team of actuaries in the build and implementation of tools used in the half-yearly valuation of a portfolio of tactically modelled BPAs on an IFRS17 reporting basis

Our company secretary is Dr Claudia Meyer, but her duties extend beyond this role to general administration, bookkeeping as well as marketing.​​​
